Bookings Policy :

  • All categorys except Royal category Payment will be 50% in advance is to be paid at the time of booking time of tour, 70% Payment of balancing amount on first day of tour.Final payment on two days before on departure. (in cash / online payment method).
  • For Royal category Payment will be 50% in advance is to be paid at the time of booking time of tour. And 100% payment must be made 30days before the start of the tour. (in cash / online payment method).
  • Share a copy of the government authorized Photo ID proof of all the travellers with address mentioned therein, such as: AADHAR Card / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport, etc.
  • Share the inward and outward flight details with us to finalise and confirm your itinerary.

Cancellation Policy (All categorys except Royal Category):

  • Cancellation charge of rupees 3000 per person is applicable any time after the booking is confirmed.
  • No refund, if Cancellation received less than 15 days before arrival.
  • 50% of the total package amount is applicable, if cancellation received between 15 - 30 days before arrival.
  • 25% of the total package amount is applicable, if cancellation received 30 days before arrival.
  • No refund for cancellation/ Rescheduling on bookings from 15th December to 15th January.

Cancellation Policy (For Royal Category):

  • No refund, if Cancellation received less than 30 days before arrival.
  • 50% of the total package amount is applicable, if cancellation received 30 days before arrival.

Refund Policy:

  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days.
  • All applicable refunds will be done in traveller’s bank account via Dev Tours and Travels NEFT.

Booking Confirmation Policy:

  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 48 hours of successful booking.
  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
  • Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
